UNFAIR START is operated by STARTEND GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 7, 6330 Cham, Switzerland.

We process the account data you provide (email, Google identity if you choose Google Sign-In, profile fields, list items, photos you upload, weekly coach check-in answers, streak metadata, and referral codes) to run your private LIFE panel and LIFE PRO entitlement. An opt-in shareable plan page, an opt-in shareable DONE wall (`/u/<handle>`), and a shareable result card never include your name, email, private notes, or AFTER ME content.

• Payment data is handled by Stripe; we store entitlement status from signed webhooks, not full card numbers.
• Google Sign-In uses Google’s OAuth; we store your verified email and Google subject id.
• Private notes and photos are served only to the signed-in owner.
• The homepage age bar preview does not store your inputs unless you choose to create a shareable result card (mode, age, horizon, headline only).
• Referral cookies (`ufs_ref`) remember an invite code in your browser so credit can apply when LIFE PRO payment succeeds.
• Share-loop cookies (`ufs_card_ref`) remember a shared result-card id (`?ref=<id>`) so referred visits can be counted — never a name or email.
• If you opt into the 5-day email course on a result page, we store your email, consent timestamp, and the result-card id so each lesson can link back. You can opt out via the link in every course email. The course stops after LIFE PRO purchase or after day 5.
